Overview
The NLSX5014MUTAG, produced by onsemi, is a 4-bit configurable dual-supply autosensing bidirectional level translator. This device does not require a direction control pin and is designed to translate logic signals between two different power supply rails, VCC and VL, which can be configured from 0.9 V to 4.5 V. The NLSX5014 offers flexibility in design as VL can be set to a value greater than, equal to, or less than the VCC supply. It features high output current capability, enabling it to drive high capacitive loads, and includes an Output Enable (EN) input to reduce power consumption by putting the I/O ports in a 3-state mode.
