Overview
The AMIS-49200-XTP, produced by onsemi, is a Fieldbus MAU (Media Access Unit) transceiver chip designed for low-speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus® and Profibus® PA devices. It is a near pin-for-pin replacement for the Yokogawa µSAA22Q MAU, allowing for easy integration without requiring board changes. The AMIS-49200-XTP is available in a 44-pin LQFP package and is compatible with IEC 1158-2 and ISA 50.02 standards.
