Overview
The AMIS-49250-XTP is a Fieldbus Media Access Unit (MAU) transceiver chip designed by ON Semiconductor. It is specifically tailored for low-speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus® and Profibus® PA devices. This component is part of the AMIS-492x0 series, with the AMIS-49250-XTP being a micro-lead frame version packaged in a 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 package. The AMIS-49200, its counterpart, was designed as a near pin-for-pin replacement of the Yokogawa µSAA22Q MAU, ensuring no board changes are required for integration.
