Overview
The STPS30H100CW is a high-voltage power Schottky rectifier produced by STMicroelectronics. This dual Schottky rectifier is designed for high-frequency miniature switch-mode power supplies, such as adaptors and on-board DC-DC converters. It is optimized for use in high-frequency inverters and is available in the TO-247 package.
