Overview
The FOD3150TV is a 1.0A Output Current Gate Drive Optocoupler produced by Fairchild Semiconductor, now part of ON Semiconductor. This component is designed to drive most 800V/20A IGBT/MOSFETs and is ideally suited for fast switching applications in motor control inverter systems and high-performance power systems.
