Overview
The ADT7481ARMZ-REEL is a 3-channel digital thermometer and under/over temperature alarm designed by onsemi. It is intended for use in PCs, thermal management systems, and various other applications. This device can measure its own ambient temperature as well as the temperature of two remote thermal diodes, which can be located in CPUs, GPUs, or discrete diode-connected transistors. The ADT7481 communicates via a 2-wire serial interface compatible with system management bus (SMBus) standards and features an active-low ALERT output that signals when the on-chip or remote temperature exceeds programmed limits.
