Overview
The VN751PT is a monolithic high-side driver developed using STMicroelectronics' VIPower M03 technology. It is designed to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. The device features an active VCC pin voltage clamp to protect against low energy spikes, active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart to protect against overload, and automatic turn-off in case of ground pin disconnection. This makes it particularly suitable for industrial applications, conforming to the IEC 61131-2 programmable controller international standard.
