Overview
The VN750 is a monolithic high-side driver designed using STMicroelectronics’ VIPower® M0-3 technology. It is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. The device features an active VCC pin voltage clamp that protects against low energy spikes and includes active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart to protect against overload. The VN750 also detects open-load conditions in both the on-state and off-state and automatically turns off if the ground pin becomes disconnected.
