Overview
The LY3200ALHTR is a high-performance, low-power, single-axis micromachined gyroscope produced by STMicroelectronics. This device is designed to measure angular rate along the yaw axis, offering excellent temperature stability and high resolution over an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is part of ST's family of gyroscopes, which leverage a mature and robust manufacturing process also used for micro-machined accelerometers. The LY3200ALHTR is available in a plastic land grid array (LGA) package, which is ECOPACK®, RoHS, and “Green” compliant.
