Overview
The LPS331APY, produced by STMicroelectronics, is an ultra-compact absolute pressure sensor designed for a wide range of applications. This MEMS pressure sensor features a monolithic sensing element and an IC interface, enabling it to provide a digital signal output. The sensing element is realized inside a single mono-silicon substrate using ST's proprietary VENSENS process, which ensures high accuracy and reliability. The device is packaged in a small holed cap land grid array (HCLGA) package, allowing external pressure to reach the sensing element.
