Overview
The L6386AD is a high-voltage gate driver manufactured by STMicroelectronics using BCD™ “offline” technology. This device is capable of driving simultaneously one high and one low-side power MOSFET or IGBT. The high-side (floating) section can operate with a voltage rail up to 600 V, making it suitable for various high-voltage applications.
