Overview
The MC74HC74ADR2, produced by onsemi, is a Dual D Flip-Flop with Set and Reset. This device is part of the high-performance silicon-gate CMOS logic family and is identical in pinout to the LS74. It is designed to be compatible with standard CMOS outputs and, with the use of pullup resistors, can also interface with LSTTL outputs. The MC74HC74ADR2 consists of two D flip-flops, each with individual Set, Reset, and Clock inputs. Information at the D-input is transferred to the corresponding Q output on the next positive-going edge of the clock input. Both Q and Q' outputs are available from each flip-flop, and the Set and Reset inputs are asynchronous.
