Overview
The FAN3226TMX, part of the FAN3226-29 family, is a dual 2A gate driver designed to drive N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications. This device provides high peak current pulses during short switching intervals, making it suitable for applications requiring high-speed and low-loss switching. The FAN3226TMX is available with either TTL or CMOS input thresholds and features an under-voltage lockout function to ensure the output remains low until the supply voltage is within the operating range. The MillerDrive™ architecture used in the final output stage minimizes switching loss and provides rail-to-rail voltage swing and reverse current capability.
