Overview
The ISO8200AQTR, produced by STMicroelectronics, is a galvanic isolated octal high-side smart power solid-state relay. This device features a very low supply current and is designed to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. It includes two independent galvanic isolated voltage domains for the Process and Control Logic stages, respectively. The IC is equipped with an 8-bit Output Status Register and an 8-bit Fault Register, enabling precise control and monitoring of the output channels. The device also incorporates various protection functions, including active channel current limitation, thermal shutdown, loss of ground protection, and VCC and VDD undervoltage lockouts (UVLOs) with hysteresis.
