The MC74HC573ADTR2G is an Octal 3-State Noninverting Transparent Latch produced by onsemi. This device is part of the HC573A series, which is identical in pinout to the LS573 and compatible with standard CMOS outputs, as well as LSTTL outputs when used with pullup resistors. The MC74HC573A/HCT573A can also serve as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to High-Speed CMOS inputs. The transparent latch functionality allows the outputs to change asynchronously when the Latch Enable is high, and data is latched when the Latch Enable goes low, provided the setup and hold times are met.
