Overview
The ADT7462ACPZ-REEL, produced by onsemi, is a flexible systems monitor IC designed for a wide range of applications. It is capable of monitoring temperature in up to three remote locations, as well as its ambient temperature. The IC features up to four PWM outputs for controlling fan speeds and supports both high and low frequency PWM drives for 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire fans. Additionally, it includes up to eight TACH inputs to measure fan speeds and up to 13 voltage monitoring inputs ranging from 12 V to 0.9 V. The ADT7462 is fully compatible with SMBus 1.1 and SMBus 1.0, and it operates at both 3.3 V and 5 V.
