Overview
The BTA41-600BQ is a planar passivated four-quadrant triac produced by WeEn Semiconductors. This device is designed for use in circuits where high static and dynamic dV/dt and high dI/dt can occur. It is particularly suited for applications requiring high current, high surge capability, and high junction operating temperature. The BTA41-600BQ is packaged in a SOT1292 (IITO3P) package, which is a plastic single-ended through-hole package with an isolated heatsink mount.
