Overview
The VNQ860-E and VNQ860SP-E are monolithic devices developed by STMicroelectronics using their VIPower M0-3 technology. These quad-channel high-side drivers are designed to drive any type of load with one side connected to ground. They feature active current limitation, thermal shutdown with automatic restart, and automatic shutdown in case of ground pin disconnection. These devices are particularly suited for IEC 61131 compliant industrial applications.
