Overview
The AD7983BRMZ is a 16-bit, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) produced by Analog Devices Inc. This ADC operates from a single power supply, VDD, and features a low power, high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC along with a versatile serial interface port. It samples an analog input IN+ between 0 V to REF with respect to a ground sense IN−, where the reference voltage, REF, can be set independently of the supply voltage, VDD. The AD7983 is housed in a 10-lead MSOP or a 10-lead LFCSP package and operates over a wide temperature range from −40°C to +85°C.
