Overview
The AD7982BRMZ is an 18-bit, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) produced by Analog Devices Inc. It operates from a single power supply, VDD, and features a low power, high speed, 18-bit sampling ADC along with a versatile serial interface port. The ADC samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN− pins on the rising edge of the CNV signal. The reference voltage, VREF, is applied externally and can be set independently of the supply voltage. The AD7982 is available in 10-lead MSOP and 10-lead LFCSP packages, with an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
