Overview
The ISO721DR is a single-channel, 100-Mbps digital isolator produced by Texas Instruments. This device is designed to provide galvanic isolation between the input and output logic signals, ensuring that noise currents on a data bus or other circuits do not interfere with or damage sensitive circuitry. The ISO721DR features a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier that provides up to 4000VPK of isolation per VDE 0884-17. It operates over a wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C and is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V supply voltages.
