Overview
The NC7WZ125 is a Dual Non-Inverting Buffer with independent active LOW enables for the 3-STATE outputs. Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, this Ultra High Speed device achieves superior switching performance with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The inputs and outputs are high impedance when VCC is 0 V, and inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V independent of the VCC operating range. Outputs are also overvoltage tolerant in the 3-STATE condition.
