Overview
The NB6N11S is a differential 1:2 Clock or Data Receiver designed by onsemi. This component accepts a wide range of input signals, including LVPECL, CML, LVCMOS, LVTTL, and LVDS, and translates them into LVDS output signals. It operates up to 2.0 GHz for clock signals and up to 2.5 Gb/s for data signals, making it ideal for applications such as SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, Backplane, and other clock or data distribution systems. The device is part of the ECLinPS MAX™ family of high-performance products and is available in a compact 3mm x 3mm 16-QFN package.
