Overview
The REF194GS-REEL is a precision micropower, low dropout voltage reference from Analog Devices Inc. This component is part of the REF19x series, which utilizes a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors. This design ensures a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. The REF194GS-REEL is designed to provide stable output voltage from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output voltage, consuming less than 45 μA of supply current.
