Overview
The ADUM1301ARWZ-RL is a triple-channel digital isolator produced by Analog Devices Inc. It is based on the iCoupler® technology, which combines high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology to provide superior performance characteristics compared to traditional optocouplers. This component eliminates the design difficulties associated with optocouplers, such as uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects. The ADUM1301ARWZ-RL operates with supply voltages ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V on both sides, enabling compatibility with lower voltage systems and voltage translation across the isolation barrier.
