Overview
The ADUM1300CRW is a triple-channel digital isolator produced by Analog Devices Inc. It utilizes the iCoupler® technology, which combines high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology to provide superior performance compared to traditional optocouplers. This device eliminates the design difficulties associated with optocouplers, such as uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects. The ADUM1300CRW is designed to consume significantly less power than optocouplers at comparable signal data rates and does not require external drivers or discrete components.
