Littelfuse Finalizes Acquisition of 200mm Wafer Fab in Dortmund, Germany

Littelfuse, Inc. has announced the completion of its acquisition of the 200mm wafer fab in Dortmund, Germany, from Elmos Semiconductor SE. The transaction officially took effect on December 31, 2024, at midnight (CET).

Originally announced on June 28, 2023, the acquisition bolsters Littelfuse’s long-term growth in power semiconductors, catering to a wide range of industrial markets, including energy storage, automation, motor drives, renewables, power supplies, and charging infrastructure.
