IGBT Arrays
Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Arrays are semiconductor devices that combine the high-efficiency and fast-switching capabilities of a MOSFET with the high-current and low-saturation-voltage capabilities of a bipolar transistor. They are used to amplify or switch electronic signals and power, making them crucial in various power electronics applications. IGBT Arrays consist of multiple IGBT devices integrated into a single package, allowing for more compact and efficient designs. They operate by controlling the flow of electrical current through a gate terminal, which modulates the conductivity between the collector and emitter terminals, enabling precise control over large power loads.
