Overview
The CC1050PWRG3, produced by Texas Instruments, is a true single-chip UHF RF transmitter designed for very low power and very low voltage wireless applications. It is based on Chipcon’s SmartRF® technology in 0.35 µm CMOS and is intended for use in the ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) and SRD (Short Range Device) frequency bands at 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz. The device can be programmed for operation at other frequencies within the 300-1000 MHz range. It is highly flexible and easy to use, requiring only a few external passive components and a microcontroller for typical system operation.
