The ADS5231IPAG is a dual-channel, 12-bit, 40-MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) produced by Texas Instruments. This high-speed, high dynamic range ADC features a pipelined architecture and includes a high-bandwidth sample-and-hold amplifier, which provides excellent spurious performance up to and beyond the Nyquist rate. The differential nature of the sample-and-hold amplifier and ADC circuitry minimizes even-order harmonics and offers excellent common-mode noise immunity.
