Overview
The ADS1271IPWRG4, produced by Texas Instruments, is a 24-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for high-precision industrial measurements. It offers a unique combination of excellent DC accuracy and outstanding AC performance. The device features a high-order, chopper-stabilized modulator that achieves very low drift and low in-band noise. The onboard decimation filter suppresses modulator and signal out-of-band noise, providing a usable signal bandwidth up to 90% of the Nyquist rate with less than 0.005dB of ripple.
The ADS1271IPWRG4 operates over an extended industrial temperature range from −40°C to +105°C and is available in a TSSOP-16 package.
