Overview
The ADS1224IPWTG4 is a 4-channel, 24-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital (A/D) converter produced by Texas Instruments. This device is designed to offer excellent performance and low power consumption, making it well-suited for demanding, high-resolution measurements in portable systems and other space-saving and power-constrained applications. The ADS1224 features a delta-sigma modulator followed by a digital filter and includes an input multiplexer that allows selection between four separate differential input channels. It also includes a pin-selectable, high-impedance input buffer to increase input impedance.
