Overview
The VNQ860-E is a quad-channel high-side driver produced by STMicroelectronics, realized in the VIPower M0-3 technology. This monolithic device is designed to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. It features active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart, protecting the device against overload. The VNQ860-E automatically turns OFF in case of ground pin disconnection, making it especially suitable for IEC 61131 compliant industrial applications.
