Overview
The REF195ES-REEL, produced by Analog Devices Inc., is part of the REF19x series of precision band gap voltage references. These devices utilize a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. The REF195ES-REEL is a micropower, low dropout voltage (LDV) device, providing stable output voltage from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output voltage while consuming less than 45 μA of supply current. It also features a sleep mode that reduces the supply current to less than 15 μA when the output is turned off.
